Fourteen Month LID Anniversary

Yesterday, April 6th, was our fourteen month LID anniversary. The CCAA will likely only refer two days of referrals this month. This is the worst referral cycle in memory. Or history? I'm giving up my hope that we'll be in China in December. At this point, I'm just hoping to get there before Ariel goes to college. And she's thirteen.

Agghhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

Someone said they only did three days last March? It may not be as bad as we think. It may be normal for this time of year. Don't know, but congratulations on the anniversary! I only have 7 weeks left of my semester, then it will be June. The year is flying. The babies will be here before we know it.

We were waiting like you this time last year and I know there was a month (maybe March?) where there were only three days completed. It is so tough. Focus on the fun stuff - fixing up her room, buying books, picking up a cute outfit - whatever gets you thru - and sometimes, that is just doing everything in your power to tune it all out - all of it - the Rumor websites, the blogs, etc. Hang in there. This too shall pass.....

Fondly -

(leaking the word) Hey, HEY NINA, HAPPY, HAPPY, BIRTHDAY!!

I know, I keep telling hubby, I'll be applying for my senior disount at this rate - hope not, - Who would of thought of an LID's as an anniversary date... Ugh,

SO, we had better receive our referrral and be in China BEFORE your next b-day. Better yet, before our next LID date....

Truly glad I met you on your blog and have someone who definitely feels the same frustrations!!!!

Wishing you wonderful wishes, and hope they all come true! big hugs
