My husband David is an amazing dad to Ariel... and I know he'll be an amazing dad to Kavanna. He makes Ariel a priority, helps her with her homework, sets her straight if she's off course, but in a way that makes her feel competent rather than diminished, and is always there to listen. He often says that Ariel is the joy of his life. Seeing their close bond is what made me decide to go ahead with an adoption. Their relationship is proof that love transcends biology... Happy Father's Day, David!!
